Women in Community Leadership

Women in Community Leadership is a FREE course run by Women Making a Difference in Cardiff. It is aimed at women who want to develop their skills and confidence to become more involved within their community, with an emphasis on leadership and decision-making. Successful candidates will receive a Level 2 accreditation in personal development. The course covers topics & increases skills in: Action planning and decision making Strategic thinking and time management Networking and collaborative decision making Creating change in your community through local social action projects The course is free and open to all women in Wales wanting to get more active in their community and within decision making roles!
