Free event at the Temple of Peace CF10 3AP in Cardiff on Tuesday 7th October at 7pm. Alan Thomas, a retired Professor from Swansea University and Chair of the UK City of Sanctuary movement, will be visiting Cardiff to speak at this event co-organised by the United Nations Association (UNA) Cardiff & District Branch.
The event is to raise the profile of the barriers refugees and asylum seekers face in accessing Higher Education and to look to building brighter future prospects.
