We meet weekly on Wednesdays at 5.30pm, and have recently enjoyed speaking and listening on topics ranging from food, films, celebrations and technology. Although we always start from one point, and follow the FAN model of speaking and listening in turn, our discussions can range far and wide. In a typical week our group can be represented by friends from some 6 countries (UK, Iran, Japan, Italy, Slovakia, Eritrea) and we have become aware of the comfortable similarities and curious differences between us.
