Buzz meets Zone

Grangetown Buzz meets Bridgend Zone! Thankyou to Gillian and Ann and FAN friends for our warm welcome (and the delicious warm flapjack). Debbie, Alganesh, Adalino and I visited and enjoyed our conversation about What I wish I was good at! Lots of people wanted to be able to sing, or to drive, or to complete what we started...how people react, definitely affects what we feel we can do - making us feel confident (or not). You can be sure of a confidence boost at FAN - of course. The Buzz group meets on Tuesdays at 10.30am and Bridgend meets each Monday at 1.30pm.
